The whole floor is newly renovated — new hardwood, new appliances, split-system air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Take all of it, or just a room.
The full second floor to yourself, with a private entrance. Two bedrooms with a king and a queen, a sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms and a kitchen with everything you need to cook properly.
A quiet room for one, with a king bed and a bathroom that is yours alone. Share the kitchen, living room and laundry. A straightforward, comfortable base for a long stretch in the city.
The neighborhood
This is a working Brooklyn neighborhood rather than a tourist one — supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants on the same block, and a quiet residential street with plenty of free parking.
The D train is steps away, which puts Midtown Manhattan and Coney Island on the same line in either direction. Guests consistently mention how easy it is to get around from here, and how much more space the money buys this far out.
Both within a short walk, along with plenty of places to eat.

What to expect
The pricing and setup assume you are here for weeks or months, not a weekend. Shorter stays can still be arranged — send us your dates.
A keypad on the front door, so a late flight is not a problem. Early check-in and luggage drop-off can usually be arranged on request.
Full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and the utensils to use them. Cooking for yourself is the point.
Washer and dryer in the building, plus a laundry service downstairs if you would rather hand it over.
Beds, towels, pillowcases and sheets are washed and made up before every guest arrives.
The ground floor is an acupuncture and physical therapy clinic. If something needs sorting out, there is a person there — and guests get a discounted rate.
