This newly renovated, super clean, spacious apartment is on the second floor in Bensonhurst in Brooklyn. The ground floor is a physical therapy and acupuncture clinic office. There are many nearby food businesses around and other shops. This cozy apartment is great for families and group of friends! This space is very spacious with private entrance on the second floor. There are windows in every bedroom with new wood floors. New air conditioning, new refrigerator, new microwave and dish washer, new sofa bed, dining table, and TV. We have Wi-Fi TV for YouTube, and a few others. There’s also fast Wi-Fi internet access with a phone charging station. There is a working stove as well as plastic utensils, plates and cups. Guests will have a access to the entire apartment with a front door digital locker code. The host is working at the clinic, under the apartment on the ground floor. You can reach them personally. There are food shops and many other businesses too. Our place is right next to the subway, and it might get a bit loud. The D train (79 ST) station is very close, which is pretty convenient for getting around. Coney Island is 15 min away on a train, and midtown Manhattan is around 40 minutes away. There are also so many places you can go to by walking. We will wash and provide a clean bed, towels, pillow case, and sheets for every guest. We also provide laundry service on the ground floor.
